Great location, spacious suites, helpful staff, convenient kitchen, comfortable beds, stunning city view.

Nothing, all was good.

It was a very nice hotel - the staff were very helpful and the suites were really well equipped (kitchen, tv, wireless). It is relatively close to the airport and they organize transport for you which is great (we arrived later in the evening, so it was nice to know that we were being picked up by someone who knew exactly where the hotel was)

The service was exemplary. The staff were prompt in fulfilling any requests, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent (not your usual hotel continental). The location is wonderful being a block from Parque Carolina, lots of restaraunts. Within walking distance of 3 malls and a large SuperMaxi grocery store. The suite was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and the internet very fast and reliable. Would definitely stay here again.

We were really impressed with this place. The staff here are amazing and always eager to help. We never had any language barriers as there was always someone who spoke English. The location is perfect, in an area where expats live, so you know it's a nice neighborhood. We loved that our room had a kitchenette and a sitting area, it was really spacious and comfortable.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The two-suite-room is excellent for families, with up to 5 persons. The decoration is nice, spacious, comfortable!

The location seems to be dangerous to walk around, but no problem to drive a car!

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is a bit far from the main attractions of the city. it has good access to a shopping center and a park where you can jog. the hotel's drivers are great for day trips, and there are sites around the city just a short cab ride away. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are nice with hot water. the breakfast served each morning includes a variety of options such as fruit, yogurt, meat, and eggs, and the staff is helpful.

The hotel lacks a bit of charm and character.

Stayed here in transit to Cuenca, so relative proximity to airport + free airport pickup and drop off made it an excellent choice. Very well-appointed complete apartment. Location in business area not touristy, but nearby Parque Carolina made a nice walk, visit to lovely Botanical Garden.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, answering all of our questions and fulfilling our requests. The suite was clean, well-decorated, and roomy with comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio in the late afternoon. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh juices and bread, and the hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants.

Amazing value for money right next to the park and botanical garden perfect for us

Staff was outstanding and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Their effort was especially appreciated by this non-Spanish speaking couple.

Spent an amazing weekend at a hotel in the heart of the city. the suites are very well equipped with a kitchen and a clean bedroom. the location is great and close to many tourist attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a huge spread of hot and cold food and many different types of local juices. the staff was amazing and friendly.

We had some issues with the taxi service arranged by the hotel. When we asked them to reserve a cab to the airport for us with a company, which was expensive, they said they have their driver who goes there for the same price, so we said ok to that.
